This is a great opportunity for an experienced Russian Speaking HR and Recruitment Specialist, who would like to broaden their career and join the company at the development stage, where you can establish your seniority and add real value. This is a start-up project with the major future plans and solid financial backing.
Our client is looking for a Russian Speaking HR/Recruitment Manager with technical background (IT, Telecoms, Engineering) to lead the major recruitment process of this innovative start-up. You will be responsible for setting up all HR policies and procedures, establishing internal and external contacts and suppliers, managing all general and strategic HR decisions and reporting to the board. You will also be responsible for hiring and headhunting technical personnel, especially in the beginning stages for company’s development, from middle management levels to senior, dealing with the high volume of recruitment, negotiating the terms, arranging hires and their development.
An ideal Manager will:
– Possess 5+ years of HR/Recruitment experience in the UK, preferably within IT/Telecoms/other technical industry sector;
– Have knowledge of UK HR laws, HR general procedures, policies;
– Be a self-starter with strong willingness and ability to work on own initiative and ability to participate in the strategy;
– Fluent Russian and English.
