This is a great opportunity for a Russian Speaking Team Assistant/ PA to join a well established real estate company in Central London. You will have a varied role with a lot of responsibilities and learning opportunities.

Your responsibilities in this role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Administrative support of a small team and PA support for Manager;
  • Answering phone calls/emails, liaising with clients;
  • Assisting with verbal and written translations from/into Russian when required;
  • Preparing relevant documentation in both languages;
  • Diary management for Manager;
  • Managing documentation (filing, scanning, printing etc);
  • Organising meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are well maintained;
  • Travel support for the team (booking flights and accommodation, liaising with travel agents);
  • Managing the company’s social media, liaising with other departments to prepare marketing content;
  • Maintaining the teams budget when required;
  • Processing invoices and preparing reports on a regular basis.

To succeed in this role you will need to be/have:

  • Fluent English and Russian (both verbal and written);
  • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner;
  • Self-motivated and able to show initiative;
  • Flexible “can-do” approach
  • Experience of working with VIP customers and HNWIs;
  • Interest in social media and experience desirable;
  • IT literate
