We are looking for a well-presented Russian speaking Receptionist with administrative experience to join a private wealth management company. You will become a first point of contact for visitors, ensuring that the reception area is tidy at all times and providing refreshments when necessary. Based at the reception you will also be providing administrative support to the team, handling telephone and email queries, arranging taxi bookings, managing filing system, sorting post and performing other ad hoc administrative duties. You have to become a true part of this close-knit team and will have an opportunity to develop your professional skills.

Russian Speaking Receptionist/Office Administrator will:

  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills;
  • Be fluent English and Russian speaker;
  • Have 1+ years of receptionist experience in the UK;
  • Be confident and have an ability to act as first point of contact and act as a company`s representative;
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
