We are now hiring an experienced Russian Speaking Receptionist/Personal Assistant for an FCA regulated brokerage house. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and clients visiting the office, therefore, an excellent client service is a must for the position.

Job description:

  • Efficient response to incoming calls and emails
  • Meeting & greeting visitors in a warm and friendly manner
  • Setting up meeting rooms and tidying up after meetings
  • Maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is always clean and welcoming
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Ordering office supplies and ensuring stationary is stocked
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Printing, binding and scanning documents
  • Administrative support for 3 Directors
  • Other adhoc duties

The successful candidate:

  • Advance level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Russian
  • Excellent telephone and office manner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative, as well as, part of a team
  • Eligible to work in the UK
