This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated and flexible Personal Assistant to settle in the exciting role supporting Director of a newly established company based in the City of London. Your main responsibilities will include managing the Director’s complex diary, organising meeting in the UK and abroad, liaising with various third parties on behalf of the Director, managing expenses and producing basic bookkeeping reports, managing Director`s private life (bills, appointments, holidays) as well as acting as a “gate keeper”. In addition, you will be required to assist with scheduling meetings for the team, ensure smooth running of the office and sufficient stock of suppliers. This is a brilliant opportunity as it allows working from home for two or three days a week.

A Russian Speaking Personal Assistant will be/have:

  • Excellent knowledge of Russian and English (both written and spoken)
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Intelligent approach to any situation and high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to get involved, prioritize and multi-task
  • Long-term commitment
