This is an exciting opportunity for an experiences Russian Speaking Office Manager to join a boutique investment company located in Central London. You will be joining a dynamic team of professional and will apply all your skills in a busy office environment.

As Office Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the office to a high standard, ordering office supplies;
  • Organising meetings, making reservations;
  • Assistance with preparing documents: editing, printing, scanning, binding, filing
  • Answering telephone calls, managing correspondence;
  • Acting as first point of contact regarding all office related matters;
  • Arranging catering services as/when needed;
  • Ordering stationery and food/beverages to the office.


To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Educated to degree level;
  • Previous experience in an Office Manager/Administrator role;
  • Fluent English and Russian essential!
  • Friendly and professional manner;
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
