Russian Speaking Office Manager / PA, Central London

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Russian speaking office manager/PA to join a market-leading development co-ordinator of luxury residential projects. You will be required to ensure the smooth running of the office based in Knightsbridge and will be joining a dynamic team of professional individuals in a busy office environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing a wide range of administrative and executive support
• Managing and maintaining executives’ schedules
• Acting as first point of contact regarding all office related matters
• Maintaining the office to a high standard, including ordering stationery and office supplies
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
• Meeting and greeting clients and organizing tea/coffee for them in the meeting room
• Preparing documents: editing, printing, scanning, binding, filing
• Answering telephone calls, managing correspondence
• Co-ordinate with the IT department in case of technical issues
• Organise couriers, taxis, restaurant bookings
• Organise social events for the team (Christmas parties, away days etc)
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

The right candidate for the role should be/have:

• Fluent English and Russian (both written and verbal)
• A working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as video conferencing software
• At least 3 years previous experience in an Office Manager/PA role
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A polite and friendly manner
• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
• A quick learner, enthusiastic with a “can-do” attitude
