This is an excellent opportunity for a Russian Speaking Investment Director to join a large management company operating in the stock market and in the private equity sector based in London to help them achieve their goal of delivering inspirational and promising opportunities.

Our client is an investment company operating in public companies in Europe and the USA (medical services, Pharma, health tech). The holding is engaged in asset management, providing a wide range of financial services. The holding has offices in Cyprus, Luxembourg, London, Zurich, and Moscow. The total assets under management exceed $ 1 billion.

Industry of specialization – Healthcare 

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Analysis of the investment attractiveness of projects (healthcare)
  • Formation of proposals for the purchase and sale of securities
  • Monitoring of stock markets to generate new investment ideas
  • Preparation of investment opinions
  • Creation, maintenance and updating of financial models of public companies
  • Prompt change of data in financial models
  • Participation in the process of financial analysis and control over the effectiveness of projects
  • Participation in the work of the investment committee
  • Writing regular reports, analytical notes, creating presentations on Russian and English languages

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Relevant work experience of at least 3 years in a given sector in investment funds or in Western pharma / healthcare companies
  • Higher medical / pharmaceutical education
  • Second degree in economics / finance is encouraged
  • Experience in conducting industry research and selecting potential investment opportunities
  • Experience in preparing company and industry profiles, case studies, presentations and necessary marketing materials for specific transactions
  • Excellent command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint programs;
  • English – fluency
  • Russian language – fluency
  • Special education – CFA, CPA, ACCA are considered as advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, work ethics, leadership qualities and skills customer relationship management
