Russian Speaking HR Administrator, Central London Filled

This is a great opportunity for a Russian Speaking HR Administrator to start their career in a dynamic company located in Central London.

As an HR Administrator you will be involved in all HR procedures and HR processes coordination on daily basis. You will assist in providing all round HR support for the company and serve as first point of contact for all HR matters. You will also be responsible for all HR administration including sick leave and holiday leave, staff record maintenance and all HR documentation.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • 1+ years HR administrative experience, preferably in the UK;
  • Bachelor degree (HR degree preferable);
  • Fluent Russian and English – spoken and written;
  • Strong IT and MS World knowledge;
  • Knowledge of English labour law and practice;
  • Eye to detail and sound HR values;
  • Ability to handle confidential information;
  • Great conflict resolution abilities and initiative and forward thinking;
  • CIPD qualification would be an advantage.
