Are you a Russian Speaking Facilities Administrator? Do you want to develop your experience and take on bigger projects? We are now looking for a Russian Speaking Facilities Administrator to hit the ground running with a close-nit team based in the heart of London.
Duties of Russian Speaking Facilities Administrator;
You will need to head all operations of more than one high-end residential property (including commercial); this includes dealing with all documentations such as bills, insurance, enquiries etc. You will oversee the overall smooth running of the residential properties; this can include hiring household personnel, managing any property related works to ensuring all bills are paid to getting involved in the selling and buying of properties. In relation to the commercial properties, you will be dealing with all new client requests, existing client requests and dealing with third party firms. You will be required to translate documentations from Russian-English-Russian and undertake all ad hoc administrative duties.
Russian Speaking Facilities Administrator must be/have;
– Fluent Russian and English speaker is a MUST
– You will be required to hold a Bachelor’s degree or Higher in an applicable field of study e.g. Business Administration, Estate Management
– You will be required to have at least 1-2 years experience working in a similar role of Facilities Administrator
– You must be pro-active, flexible and open to overtime work
This is an ideal role for a candidate who has excellent organisational skills, with a keen interest in Property Administration wanting to take on bigger projects and more responsibilities.
