This is a great opportunity for a bi-lingual Personal Assistant to join a small but rapidly growing legal services company in London. You will be supporting a busy individual, handling business and personal tasks.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Executive diary management
  • Meetings – bookings, preparation (PowerPoint presentations), minutes taking
  • International travel arrangements, accommodation bookings
  • Arranging and coordinating various business events, meetings, lunches
  • Looking after medical and travel insurances
  • Interpreting and translations of business documents
  • Basic accounting procedures – invoices, entries to the accounting system
  • All administrative duties, monitoring emails and correspondence
  • Ad hoc research for various private projects, translation of documents
  • Private PA duties, private bookings, holidays, events, appointments, family assistance
  • Estate management, some travel to Wimbeldon will be required

The hours are from 9:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m., however, sometime you would have to be flexible and available outside of working hours. Occasional work on weekends may be required.

The right candidate for the role should be/have:

  • Fluent English and Russian (both written and verbal)
  • 5+ years of experience in a PA role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, positive and flexible attitude
  • Quick learner with a “can-do” attitude
