This is a great opportunity for a driven, ambitious and responsible candidate to join a rapidly growing newly established multi-family office.
As a Russian Speaking Client Relations Executive you will be supporting Operations Director as well as providing on-going support to HNW clients of the firm. Your duties will be ranging from providing administrative and PA support to demanding clients to dealing with complex relocation itineraries, educational consultancy requests, liaising with third parties, including subcontractors, interior designers, lawyers, tax advisors or just preparing formal reports for the office. This role will suit an energetic, bright and hard-working candidate who is keen to learn, get involved and can work well independently.
The ideal Russian Speaking Client Relations Executive you will be/have:
• Fluent in Russian and English;
• Can-do attitude and ability to think on your feet;
• Flexible approach and readiness to be available 24/7;
• Some background working with HNWIs, preferably within relocation or educational consultancy is highly advantageous;
• Enthusiasm and energetic approach are mandatory;
• Quick learner, responsible, willing, flexible.
