This is a great opportunity for an experienced Russian Speaking Business Administrator to join a dynamic team in Central London. The perfect candidate should have previous experience in corporate services and trademark registration.

As Business Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Apostille – payment, document preparation
  • Translation assistance
  • Trademark registration assistance
  • Monitoring dissolved companies: check regularly, archive, inform client
  • Submission of Confirmation statements according to list
  • Incorporation of Ltd’s, putting new companies in all lists for administration, paper archiving
  • Creating packs of documents for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa – initial applications and extension
  • Create list of companies for preparation of accounts
  • Document filing


To succeed in this role you will need:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience preferably in corporate services
  • Bachelor degree in Business would be an advantage
  • Fluent English and Russian (both verbal and written)
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask
