Russian Speaking Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, Central London Filled

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrative assistant/receptionist to join a well established investment company in the heart of London. This position provides an opportunity to join a growing team in a dynamic and expanding company.

You will handle telephone and email queries and set up meetings and conference calls.  You will also serve as first point of contact for company visitors, provide administrative support to the team, assist with diary management and travel arrangements as well as any other administrative duties as and when required.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills, confidence to liaise with senior executives;
  • Fluent English and Russian (both written and verbal);
  • Previous experience working in administrative field;
  • Have solid secretarial skills, including typing, Word, Excel and Power Point;
  • Be professional, responsive and reliable, with an eye for detail;
  • Have a flexible approach and a proactive and positive “can-do” attitude.
