As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for coordinating all office procedures, providing full administrative support, handling high volumes of correspondence in English, French and Russian. You will also liaise with external suppliers and with employees in the UK, France and Russia.

To succeed in this role you will need to have/be:

  • Fluent in English, Russian and French, both written and verbal
  • Previous administrative experience in an office environment desirable
  • Excellent IT literacy
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
