Research and Marketing Manager/Team Assistant – FILLED

A fantastic opportunity in a dynamic international company for a Research and Marketing Manager/PA. The London based private firm consists of five companies, currently operating in across 5 European countries.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Organisation and supervision of all office activities as well as managing all contact and information databases as required
• Collecting and analysing information from various scientific, technological and market sources and carrying out research
• Combining research reports and maintaining system of research findings in orderly manner
• Preparation and assistance with oral and written presentations
• Acting as project coordinator, assisting in time management
• Representing the company/executives at conferences and business meetings on their behalf
• Report writing on finances, staff performance, service development and annual review
• Assist company in integration of new software and other administrative duties
• Assume some HR responsibilities, like assisting and orientating new staff, recruitment
• Maintain brand and web page; suggest potential new ideas and tools

Person Specification:

• 3-5 years of secretarial, office manager or research assistant experience
• Knowledge and experience of software e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint
• English language proficiency
• Proven experience in information and communication management
• A degree in Design, Marketing or Engineering is highly advantageous
• Attention to detail, strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• The ability to show initiative and positive attitude
