We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join a highly professional company based in the heart of London. You will have the opportunity to start an exciting role in a beautiful office in one of London’s most luxurious business districts. Our client is now looking for a top caliber Receptionist, who can add value by the professionalism and great customer service. You will be meeting and greeting visitors, being the first point of contact to all callers, will deal with correspondence, post, and letters, couriers, etc. You will also get involved in the administration and all organizational office responsibilities, some event management, and PA support work.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Used a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
  • Managed online and paper filing systems
  • Organized the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
  • Maintained the condition of the office and arranged for necessary repairs
  • Monitored and recorded expenses, managed petty cash
  • Prepared expense reports
  • Monitored and recorded hours worked including overtime of the staff
  • Monitored vacation and sick leave
  • Organized appointments and meetings
  • Maintained calendars and schedules
  • Managed travel arrangements for CEO
  • Prepared and distributed correspondence
  • Compiled and presented special reports
  • Answered, screened and directed incoming calls and emails
  • Troubleshoot computer and systems problems
  • Liaised with IT specialists to resolve problems
  • Planned and organized events
  • Made personal purchases and payments for the Principal and his family members

Requirements for the Candidate:

  • Fluent Russian and English speaker
  • Educated to degree level preferred but not essential
  • Previous experience preferred in an administrative/reception-based role
  • Hardworking and reliable
  • Excellent telephone manners
  • Excellent communication skills (ability to liaise with individuals at all levels)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
