We are now looking for an experienced Operations Manager who has extensive experience in Back Office and Middle Office Operations Management. The successful Operations Manager will join an established close-nit advisory firm in the heart of the West End, who are dedicated to the financial developments of their long-standing international clients.

Duties of Operations Manager (Back Office & Middle Office):

You will be involved in managing all relationships with outsourcers in different jurisdictions across EMEA and APAC regions. This will involve reviewing the functions adopted by each manager and implementing a more efficient strategy where necessary. A people’s person at heart, you will be involved with the management of new clients and organising set-ups, reporting processes and appropriate fees for each client. You will also be managing all back-office functions which will include implementing efficient CRM systems and continuous working knowledge of trading, funds, equities, currencies and bonds. As Operations Manager, you are responsible for all queries in this domain, including any ad-hoc queries from clients and team members.

The Successful Operations Manager (Back Office & Middle Office), will be/have:

• Excellent communication skills; able to build long-lasting rapport with clients;
• Entrepreneurial flare for business; able to make decisions under tight deadlines;
• Knowledge of the FCA regulatory regime;
• Excellent attention to detail.
