This is a great opportunity for a knowledgeable, professional top calibre candidate, who has strong experience within luxury concierge services, VIP travel industry, and lifestyle management in the UK.

You will be responsible for setting up the policies and procedures of the concierge division of the lifestyle boutique company in London. You will be defining, developing and delivering fully function business unit while optimising the existing processes, starting from client relationship, customer satisfaction, A to Z journey and standards for the area. As a Luxury Concierge Manager you will be identifying legal and industry-related requirements and complying with them, setting up systems and supervising software development, training existing employees and new starters, managing budgets, etc.

Our client is looking for a senior candidate who can come and hit the ground running with a minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be/have:
– 5+ years of back office experience within luxury concierge, VIP travel or lifestyle management;
– Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision;
– Ability to communicate confidently at top level;
– Professional attitude at all times and drive to succeed;
