We are now looking for a focused, determinate and client-facing LPR. The Legal Project Manager (LPM) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating both internal and client-facing projects, while being the first point of contact for new-age start-ups and new tech clients. The LPM will develop process improvement initiatives and use project management methodologies to assist solicitors and qualified advisors while developing the required advisory skillset. Paralegal support and client account management and relationship management are the main focus of this exciting ‘out of the box’ legal position.


  • Work on client matters, while becoming the major point of contact for new tech, start-ups and new age exciting client base
  • Identify and execute the company’s process improvement projects
  • Assist in the development of legal strategies and management tools
  • Collaborate with Client Service and Development Manager
  • Collaborate with the CEO on the development of client-level and matter-level progress reports
  • Initiate ideas for improving the profitability of matters
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, policies, and procedures for client legal project
  • Liaising with the bank, client’s assistants, lawyers and any other third parties involved in the transaction in order to obtain various information
  • Preparing letters to the client illustrating the proposals, summary
  • Filing documents, preparing binders for the transaction (both electronic and paper)
  • Providing any other support during the transaction to the senior member of staff
  • Developing advisory skills while supporting senior management with all legal processes related to the projects


  • Legal background, 1-2 years of experience within a legal/commercial setting, sound knowledge of legal support function
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Client-focused approach, strong ability to talk and bond with new clients, sales and business development skills/interest are a strong advantage
  • Attention to details
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks or caseloads
  • The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good teamwork skills particularly when working with other departments to complete your tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability in your attitude and approach to work
