Junior Account Manager. London. Russian-Speaking Filled

An international company and one of the world’s leading strategic financial communications agencies is seeking for a Russian native Junior Account Manager to join a growing Client Management team of three professionals in London to manage high profile projects for some of Europe’s leading organisations in industries such as energy, telecoms, fashion, retail, gaming, leisure, financial and consumer goods industries.

 Key Responsibilities:  

  • Deliver to clients end to end execution of roadshows and events (delivering projects)
  • Ensure client programs are agreed and project plans are in place
  • Work alongside colleagues to ensure timescales and quality assurance are adhered to
  • Anticipate potentially challenging situations and evaluate alternatives with senior team
  • Assist senior team members in creatively preparing and delivering the client programme
  • On-site responsibilities for events and roadshows (some travel required)
  • Seek new business opportunities and produce fresh ideas
  • Analyse market pipeline and research of market trends
  • Proactively assist senior members in networking with industry contacts (bankers, equity advisors, PR advisors, etc.)
  • Supporting members of the account management and logistics team in their day to day execution
  • Share ideas and client information with the team
  • Share knowledge, insights and experience with colleagues


  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in financial roadshows and events
  • Polished and professional when dealing with the senior, demanding clients
  • Positive team player, able to motivate team members particularly during busy periods
  • An energetic, pro-active individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to adapt quickly to changes in the pace of workflow
  • Pro-active time management, ability to produce results under strict/short deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are essential
  • Ability to monitor budgets with attention to details
  • Willingness to work outside office hours if required
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement capability and strong client relations skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Time management and ability to prioritise a varied workload
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy team
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • A high standard of written & verbal communication, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Native Russian speaker. Fluent in English, other European languages would be beneficial
