This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has strong organisational skills and can run a small office entirely by him/herself. Top class wealth management is looking for an OM right now!

You will be responsible for design and implementation of all office procedures and policies, processing office payments and invoices, help an Accountant when required, mange travel arrangements and diaries of the senior team members, arrange bank transfers, order office supplies and develop health and safety policy. You will also be liaising with HNW clients, assisting in events organisation (top class charity events) and supporting some project related work when required.

An ideal candidate will be/have:
– 5 years plus experience in the PA and Office Management roles;
– Ability to communicate effectively with HNW clients;
– Polished interpersonal skills;
– Strong problem solving ability;
– Great oral and written skills in English;
– Advanced Ms Office skills;
– Attention to detail;
– Russian language skills is an advantage, but not a necessity.
