An Account Manager / Business Developer will be responsible for:

  • Business development activities, developing client database, establishing new business connections
  • Research potential organizations/individuals who might be interested in company’s products, identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Ongoing management of accounts, constant communication with existing clients
  • Negotiating deals and offers during face-to-face meetings, by phone or by email
  • Ensure adequate service level agreements are met in a timely manner to drive client sales
  • Increasing product usage and adjusting platforms accordingly
  • Dealing with contracts, presentations, proposals and other documentation
  • Planning marketing activities, preparing marketing brochures, for business development purposes
  • Attending relevant conferences, industry events and meetings in order to establish new connections
  • Developing sales goals and ensuring their implementation
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis


A suitable candidate for the role will have:

  • A proven track record of minimum 3 years’ work experience as an Account Manager/Business Developer in the UK preferably in high-tech industry
  • Experience in CRM
  • A good sense of business and an interest for high-tech industry
  • Analytical skills
  • Up-to-native level of English
  • Knowledge of Russian is considered a bonus
  • Positive, can-do and flexible attitude to work
  • Team spirit
  • Initiative and confident with good communication and time management skills
