This is an excellent opportunity for a diverse, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial candidate with fluent Russian, German and English to join a dynamic team in the heart of London.
As a Customer Support Executive you will be responsible for processing of international and domestic customer inquiries, provide on-going customer support and perform marketing tasks on the demand. Your duties will involve:
• Technical and commercial customer support and customer service with the objective to maintain customers` loyalty
• Offer processing in cooperation with the Sales Manager or the outsourced employees (Russian / English / German)
• Collecting and processing of order confirmations in Office Plus system
• Date clarification and tracking of important contract and projects
• Involvement in the processing of complaints
• Active assistance in activities at trade fairs and customer events, also through personal participation/ after treatment of trade fair contacts and issues emerged at the events
• Maintenance of sales database
• Regular communication with various departments of the company / extension of the technical knowledge in product manufacturing
• Ad-hoc marketing tasks
To be selected you must:
• Hold a BA in Marketing/Business is highly preferred
• Be a fluent in Russian, English and German
• Have an experience in translating of all three languages
• Be an excellent communicator with confident manner and flexible approach in dealing with difficult customers
• Have some customer service/administrative experience in a company where you had exposure into logistics processes is preferred
• Enthusiastic approach and self-starter qualities are a must
